Golden Gate English Secondary School

Established in 2043 B.S. with a motto of "quality education at everyone's reach" (sabaiko pahunchma yeuta sampurna vidhyala), Golden Gate English Secondary School (GGESS) is an English medium, co-educational and multidisciplinary visionary educational organisation of national repute. The old block of the school, where classes from Nursery to Standard 3 are run, is situated in the heart of the historical city of Bhaktapur at Bholachhen (Ward no. 5, Bhaktapur Municipality) in a very calm and safe place, and the new, modern and well-facilitated block, where classes from Standard 4 to 10 are conducted, is located at a beautiful plot of Mahakalisthan, just behind the Mahakali temple and east from Kwopa Multi-Technical Building.
